We’re currently looking for:

Storage Adviser

We are looking for full time Storage Advisers to assist customers through the entire reservation, rental, and vacancy processes.

Responsibilities

May be responsible for opening and closing the building.
Supervises the maintenance staff to ensure the building is kept up.
Responsible for maintaining the front desk, making past due calls and collecting payment.
Handles all customer inquires, must have excellent customer service and sales skills.

Storage Maintenance

We are looking for a full time maintenance person to help preserve our facilities.

Responsibilities

Doing building and perimeter checks multiple times a day.
Cleaning all areas of the building, painting when needed and the up keep of the outside grounds
Maintenance reports directly to the Storage Adviser, and must make them known of any possible hazard and/or damage in the building.
