I was looking for a long term storage facility as I’m leaving the area. I called around to several places, however no one gave exceptional customer service, until I spoke with Karen. She was so friendly and professional, eased my fears about leaving my belongings and setting up my auto pay. That was very important to me as I may not have computer access to make the payments. She also assured me no one would have access to my unit as it’s a very secure facility. I appreciate her attention to details and her willingness to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I originally called on the phone and spoke with Karen, as I’m not from the area and was needing information about location and availability. She was so patient and kind with me on the phone, that I knew this was the place I would be using for my elderly in laws. When we came in we were showed how easy it was to access, the process was seamless, and how secure it was. Karen was so knowledgeable and thorough, we felt very comfortable signing here. I would recommend anyone needing a short or long term storage need to reach out here, as our family was highly impressed.
